1. Results May Vary
   Due to the nature, age, and condition of certain carpets and fabrics, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal or restoration. Some stains may be permanent, and cleaning may not restore materials to their original condition.
   
   

2. Pre-Existing Damage
   We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including, but not limited to, discoloration, shrinkage, wear, or degradation caused by prior use or previous cleaning attempts.
   
   

3. Material Sensitivity
   Certain materials or dyes may react unpredictably to cleaning solutions. While we take great care in selecting the appropriate treatment for each material, we are not liable for adverse reactions outside our control.
   
   

4. Pet Urine and Odor Issues
   Pet urine can penetrate through carpet fibers, underlay, and into subflooring (such as wood). Over time, especially with heat or humidity, these residues can rise back to the surface or produce odors even after cleaning. While we use specialized treatments to address urine stains and odors, we cannot guarantee full odor or stain removal in such cases. Additional treatment or subfloor replacement may be necessary in severe cases, which is beyond the scope of standard carpet cleaning.
   
   

5. Drying Times
   Drying times can vary based on weather conditions, carpet type, and ventilation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper airflow and drying after service to prevent mold or mildew growth.
   
   

6. Furniture and Personal Items
   Clients are responsible for moving fragile or valuable items prior to service. While we exercise caution, we are not liable for damages to personal property not moved or disclosed before cleaning begins.
   
   

7. Access and Utilities
   The client must ensure access to the property, including water and electricity, on the scheduled service day. Failure to do so may result in service delays or rescheduling fees.
