4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, vehicle breakdown, extreme weather).

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the property.

• Notifying us of any issues such as difficult access, parking restrictions, pets, or water supply limitations.

• Removing fragile or valuable items from the work area before we begin.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of the service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of the job being completed.

• We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a free revisit to address the concern.

7. Liability

• We are fully insured for public liability.

• We are not liable for existing damage, worn carpets, shrinkage, fading, or damage caused by manufacturer defects or improper prior cleaning.

• Specialist cleaning (e.g. dry clean only rugs) is carried out at the customer's risk, with best care and advice given.
