We’re based in West London and serve properties across London and the surrounding areas. Send us your postcode and we’ll confirm availability for your address.
What’s included in an inventory report?
A detailed record of the property, with photographs and room by room descriptions and condition notes. We offer check in, check out and mid term inspections, giving landlords, agents and tenants a clear reference for the tenancy.
How quickly will I receive my report?
Inventory reports are usually delivered within 24 hours of the visit. If you have a particular deadline, let us know when you enquire so we can confirm the timing.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Typically around 1.5 to 2 hours in residential homes. We use professional air movers to help, although drying time varies with the fabric, ventilation and conditions in the property.
Can I book several services together?
Absolutely. We can put together a package of inventory, cleaning and property care services around your needs. We also offer recurring cleaning for properties and commercial spaces. Ask us for a tailored quote.
Are you insured and professionally trained?
Yes. We hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance for our cleaning and inventory work, and our carpet and upholstery cleaning is Prochem certified. Proof can be provided on request.
